Service Description
Our Indoor Soccer program for children ages 18 months–3 years is a fun, parent-involved introduction to movement, coordination, and early soccer skills. Over eight weeks, children will develop balance, body awareness, listening skills, and confidence through playful games and age-appropriate soccer activities. Dates: January 23rd – March 13th, 2027 Schedule: Saturdays from 9:00 - 9:45 AM Program Length: 8 weeks Location: Dunnville Haldimand Pregnancy Care & Family Center (121 Alder St W) Parent Participation: A parent/guardian must participate alongside their child during the session. Eligibility: Children must be ages 18 months–3 years as of December 31st, 2026. The $75 program fee includes all eight sessions and reserves one spot per child. To register multiple children, add the appropriate age-group program for each child separately.

Cancellation Policy
1. Program Payment Payment covers all eight scheduled sessions and secures one child’s spot in the program. To register more than one child, please add the appropriate age-group program for each child individually. 2. Cancellations by Participants Refunds are available for cancellations made more than seven days before the program start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made seven days or fewer before the program start date, including cancellations made on or after the first session. 3. Missed or Absent Sessions No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for sessions missed by a participant, including absences due to illness, injury, travel, scheduling conflicts, or a rescheduled session. 4. Cancellations by Us If a session is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, facility closure, or an emergency—we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the missed session. Rescheduled sessions will be added to the end of the program where possible. Refunds will not be provided for sessions cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control if a make-up session is offered. 5. Program Changes We reserve the right to modify session times, locations, or coaching arrangements when necessary. Registered families will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
