9-Week Basketball Program for Kids Aged 11-13 Years

Service Description
Our U14 basketball program is designed for players ages 11–13 who want to build strong fundamentals and develop a deeper understanding of the game in a fun and safe environment. Over nine weeks, players will refine dribbling, passing, shooting, defence, footwork, and conditioning while learning team concepts, spacing, decision-making, and basketball IQ. Dates: January 13th - March 15th 2027 Schedule: Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 PM Length: 9 weeks Location: Dunnville Haldimand Pregnancy Care & Family Center (121 Alder St W) What to bring: Indoor basketball shoes, athletic clothing, and a water bottle. Basketballs and all program equipment are provided. Eligibility: Children must be ages 11-13 as of December 31st, 2026. Payment of $100 covers all nine sessions and secures one child’s spot in the program. To register more than one child, add the appropriate age-group program for each child individually.

Cancellation Policy
1. Program Payment Payment covers all nine scheduled sessions and secures one child’s spot in the program. To register more than one child, please add the appropriate age-group program for each child individually. 2. Cancellations by Participants Refunds are available for cancellations made more than seven days before the program start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made seven days or fewer before the program start date, including cancellations made on or after the first session. 3. Missed or Absent Sessions No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for sessions missed by a participant, including absences due to illness, injury, travel, scheduling conflicts, or a rescheduled session. 4. Cancellations by Us If a session is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, facility closure, or an emergency—we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the missed session. Rescheduled sessions will be added to the end of the program where possible. Refunds will not be provided for sessions cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control if a make-up session is offered. 5. Program Changes We reserve the right to modify session times, locations, or coaching arrangements when necessary. Registered families will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
